Are you worried about what legal help and advice is going to cost? Don't assume it's unaffordable. Talk to us about what you need and we'll give you a good idea of what we would charge.
We charge in a variety of ways including hourly rates (for which we will give you our best estimate of the likely total cost), fixed fees, or capped fees mainly depending on the nature of the work. We also offer no win, no fee arrangements to clients claiming compensation for injuries due to accidents.
Our fixed fees reflect the experience and skill required, the time we expect to spend and our knowledge of how much similar work costs us to do.
We will always give you our best estimate of how much it will cost and we will update you if things change. Much of our work is done on a fixed fee basis but, if extra work turns out to be needed, we will always let you know and give you a revised fee – we don't want you to be surprised by our bills and we want you to be happy that we have provided value for money.
